1. Who we are

2. What data we collect
- Application and contact data you provide voluntarily (name, e-mail address and phone number) when you submit a participation application or contact us.
- Technical data collected by our hosting provider for security and operation of the site (IP address, browser type, access logs). We do not use advertising trackers and do not sell data.
- Aggregate website analytics collected through Vercel Web Analytics, including page views, approximate unique visitors, referrers, country and device/browser categories. The service does not use cookies for visitor tracking or collect personal identifiers for these statistics. We use the data only to operate, secure and improve the site.
- Onboarding data (identity, KYC/AML documentation) is collected only from invited investors, outside this website, under separate legally binding documentation.
3. Purposes and basis of processing
We process personal data to respond to enquiries, assess participation applications, operate and secure the website, prevent fraud, maintain records and comply with legal or regulatory obligations. Depending on the context, processing is based on your request, consent, our legitimate operational and security interests, or compliance with law. We do not use personal data for marketing without consent.
4. Cookies and local storage
The public website does not use advertising cookies. It may store your selected language in local storage and a first-party cookie so that pages remain in your chosen language. Essential hosting and security technologies may process technical request data needed to deliver and protect the website.
5. Disclosure and service providers
Personal data may be disclosed only where necessary to hosting, analytics, communications and security providers acting under appropriate obligations; professional advisers; companies within the Opus Capital group; and competent authorities where disclosure is required by law. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Our service providers and group operations may process data outside the jurisdiction in which it was collected. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use contractual, organisational or other safeguards appropriate to the data and applicable requirements.
7. Retention
Enquiry and application data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, dispute handling and legal compliance. Investor onboarding and transaction records may be retained for at least seven years where required by anti-money-laundering, tax or other applicable law.
8. Security
We apply access controls, least-privilege practices, encryption where appropriate, logging, backups and service-provider controls designed to protect personal data. No Internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal data and ask questions about its use. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent for future processing. Requests should be sent to info@opuscapital.finance; we may need to verify your identity before acting.

Please contact us first at info@opuscapital.finance so we can review any privacy concern. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong, where you are entitled to do so.
11. Children
This website and participation process are not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal data from persons under 18 through this website.

We may update this Policy from time to time; the current version is always available on this page with the date of the last update.
